Tiny Philip is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Results Consulting Group, a unique business advisory firm which works with clients to build and implement unique business models needed to exploit the large growth opportunities in emerging markets.

He is a recognized thought leader on emerging markets and business model related issues in India (particularly Kerala), and has gained his unique expertise and experience from his work with more than 50 different industries over the past few years.

Tiny is an Electronics & Communications Engineer (BTech) from the University of Kerala and then went to work for a leading Indian consumer electronics group. After a one year stint in production, he then went on to obtain his Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and started his management consulting career in 1992 with the management consulting division of Accenture (then called Andersen Consulting) in Mumbai. After a two year stint with Accenture, Tiny started his own business advisory practice in 1994.

Tiny is a Visiting Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, one of the leading business schools in India, and teaches a second year 3 credit elective called Service Operations Management.

His current research activity is building world class service business models which can enable companies to profitably serve the Indian market.
