Implementation of the Business Model
At RCG we recognize that strategies cannot stay on paper. That is why our advisory process is immersive. Only then can your key personnel involved in the implementation phase get the results required. We review progress frequently and make modifications to the recommendations as required based on feedback from the market. This phase takes a minimum of 9 months and normally extends for a few years as further refinements are developed.
